Delivery details→ FREE delivery service is offered for every order (per delivery address) over HKD1,000 or one case of 12 bottles. Purchase of mixed case is welcome. A HKD100 delivery charge will be applied for smaller orders.
→ Delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories areas (except outlying islands, Park Island, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and Chek Lap Kok) can be arranged within two working days while goods are in stock, unless otherwise specified.
→ Additional fee of HKD100 will be charged for delivery orders to outlying islands, Park Island, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and Chek Lap Kok.
→ Delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (excluding the public holidays).
→ When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, delivery service will be suspended. Customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
→ Maxford Wines Limited reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if no appropriate person is present to receive the goods at the nominated delivery time. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Maxford Wines Limited immediately of any change to their delivery address.
→ Payment shall be made by cash or crossed cheque made payable to "Maxford Wines Limited" upon delivery.
→ Customers will be asked to check the goods upon arrival and shall then sign the delivery note. The delivery note shall be conclusive evidence of the quantity of goods delivered and no claim will be accepted by Maxford Wines Limited for short delivery after the recipient has signed the delivery note.
→ If delivery received is incomplete, with substandard goods, or goods outside the order, please contact us at (852) 3102 3900.
→ In case the goods are returned for reasons other than quality complaints, redelivering costs will be charged to the customer's account. |
