Ordering
Maxford Wines Limited will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is under the age of 18. By placing an order, the customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.

We will spend our best effort to ensure availability of all products. However, if from time to time a product is out of stock when you place your order, we will contact you to arrange replacement, or another acceptable arrangement to complete your order.

Your order placed is an offer to buy from us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and Maxford Wines Limited until the order is accepted, confirmed and goods are dispatched to you. We reserve the right to decline any order without any reason at anytime before delivery of goods.

Payment Terms
All payment terms are expressed in Hong Kong dollars, unless otherwise specified. Under most circumstances, payment should be settled by cash or cheque on delivery. When necessary, pre-payment through bank-in or cheque by mail will be requested. We will confirm payment terms with you at order confirmation.

Crossed cheque should be made payable to Maxford Wines Limited. Invoice number should be marked on the envelope for payment settlement by post (Address: Unit A, 18/F One Capital Place, 18 Luard Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong).

Goods are offered on cash terms. Credit terms may be extended at our sole discretion. Where a credit account is opened, the customer should settle payment in accordance with the payments terms indicated on all our invoices. Failure to do so may result in a credit account being withdrawn.

We reserve the right to change the payment terms from time to time without any further notice.

Delivery
Upon delivery, the duplicate copy of our Invoice or Delivery Note should be chopped, dated, signed and returned to us as a Receipt of Delivery.

Cancellation and Return Policy
You may cancel your order any time prior to delivery by contacting our customer services department at (852) 3102 3900. No return or exchange if the order is placed by Customer's mistake.

If any product proves to have been delivered in a damaged condition, or if the product proves to be wrong item to deliver, or if a product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, we shall either refund to the Customer the value of that product, or replace the product.

Product photos & details on this website are for reference only. Customer shall not be entitled to return a product simply because it does not correspond exactly to its online details. We will do our best to ensure accuracy of information on this site.

Complaints, Breakages and Losses
If a bottle of wine or spirits is considered to be faulty, it should be returned to us within 24 hours after delivery for our examination. No complaint can be entertained unless this condition is observed. All orders are carefully checked before delivery. Customers are requested to examine goods at the time of delivery, and advise us any deficiencies and/ or breakages in writing within 3 working days of delivery.
